The Ugly Stiks return to The Staircase with a new holiday show!!
Hosted by Dan Peters.
****2nd show added @ 10pm!!!****
Doors @ 7pm – Show @ 8pm
Santa Survivor is an improv comedy parody of the infamous Survivor reality TV series where Santa’s elves out wit, out play, and out laugh each other — North Pole style. Santa only has space on his sleigh for one elf, and each year this spot goes to the funniest elf at the North Pole. The rest of the elves are sent back to Santa’s Sweatshop.
Come on out to Santa Survivor and using tribes, challenges and immunity, you can help Santa pick the funniest elf. This show has been a Staircase seasonal comedy staple and is now in its 8th year. Hosted by the jolly guy himself, there will be plenty of laughs and prizes. This is not a Christmas show for children, as accidental adult content may occur.

THE GLASS MENAGERIE
By: Tennessee Williams
Directed by: Lauren Repei
SYNOPSIS – When Tom Wingfield brings home a friend from work for a dinner one evening, his mother Amanda’s dreams of a suitor for her daughter Laura seem to be coming true.
Through Tom’s memories and narration we see the tragedy in each Wingfield as they retreat into their own preferred reality; be it a glass collection, a Sunday afternoon in Blue Mountain with seventeen gentleman callers, or poems scrawled on the lids of shoe boxes.
The Glass Menagerie was Tennessee Williams’ first great success and continues to be one of the most-performed and loved classics in theatre.
CHARACTERS TO BE CAST
Amanda Wingfield (40+) – the mother. Vibrantly clings to her past of youth and gentleman callers.
Laura Wingfield (20’s) – the daughter. Fragile and timid.
Tom Wingfield (20’s) – the son. The narrator, and restless writer.
Jim O’Connor (20’s) – the gentleman caller. A nice, charismatic young man.
Monday December 5th- 7-10pm
Auditions are drop-in. Bring yourself and a theatre CV if you have one. Please be prepared to do a cold read.

You may know it by a few different names (Steel City, The Hammer, H-Town, Toronto-light), but they all stand for one city: a city about to get it’s face melted with some seriously funny musical Improv comedy.
With a killer cast of performers made up of celebrated comedy legends and newer upstarts alike, AND with an incredible live band on hand, Musical Improv Comedy Night in Hamilton (who needs a fancy name when you… can just tell it like it is) is the biggest night of comedy to hit the Hamilton scene since the Pan Am Games stadium debacle (that was kind of comedic, right?). In other words, it’s something you won’t want to miss out on.
So if you like laughing, and if you like great live music, and if you like laughing while enjoying great live music, please grab your friends, your family (14+) and your significant others and make your way to this show on Friday Nov 26th @ 8pm
You will love it.
